Apple Cider Vinegar Recipes




1. Zingy Cranberry Cocktail
    a. Ingredients:
            • 1-2 Tbs. Apple Cider Vinegar
            • 2 Tbs. Cranberry Juice
                   o Cranberries are loaded with antioxidants. They also are beneficial to the urinary tract, digestive, and heart health.
            • 1 ½ Cup. Water
            • 2 Tbs. Maple syrup

    b. Instructions:
            • Stir together and drink.

2. Old-fashioned Sweet Blaster
        a. Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ Cup. water
  • 1-2 Tbs. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbs. Black strap molasses(sweetner)


         b. Instructions:
       • Stir together and drink.Drink in the morning.

3. Tomato Cider Slinger
           a. Ingredients:
                    • 1 ½ Cup Fresh or canned tomato juice
                    • 1-2 Tbs. Apple cider vinegar
                    • ½ Tbs. Sea salt
                    • A few drops of hot sauce (optional)

           b. Instructions:s
                    • Stir together and drink.

4. Pink  Super Juice
           a. Ingredients:

                    • 1 ½ Cup. Fresh grapefruit juice (pink grapefruit)
                           o Grapefruit also lowers cholesterol and helps prevent cancer and arthritis.
                    • 1-2 Tbs. Apple cider vinegar
                    • 2 Tbs. Raw honey

          b. Instructions:
                    • Stir together and drink.This juice is great for before every meal.

5. The Shot
         a. Ingredients:
                    • 1 Tbs. Apple cider vinegar
                    • 1 Tbs. water or apple juice

         b. Instructions:
                    • Stir together and drink.

6. Weight Loss Water
        a. Ingredients:
                  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
                  • 2 cups water
                  • The juice from ½ of a lemon
                  • A drop or 2 of raw honey (optional)
                  • A dash of red pepper (Chipotle pepper)
                  • Ice to taste
         b. Instructions:
                  • Mix all Ingredients well and enjoy!

7. Immunity Booster
         a. Ingredients:
                  • 1 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
                  • 1 cup green tea
                  • A squeeze of lemon juice
                  • A drop or 2 of raw honey
                  • 1 small slice of ginger
                  • A dash of Ceylon cinnamon
         b. Instructions:
                 1. Steep the tea in water for 2-3 minutes.
                 2. Remove tea and stir in the remaining Ingredients. The longer the ginger steeps the stronger it will be beneficial.
                 3. Remove ginger slice before drinking.

8. Kick it up Salad Dressing
         a. Ingredients:
                   • ½ teaspoon liquid Stevia
                   • ¼ cup cider vinegar
                   • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
                   • 1 teaspoon red pepper
                   • Juice from 1 lemon
                   • Salt and pepper to taste
         b. Instructions:
                   1. Whisk together Stevia, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice and red pepper.
                   2. Slowly pour in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.
                   3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
                   4. Pour into a jar with a lid and refrigerate. Makes about ½ cup.

9. Lose It Salad Dressing
           a. Ingredients:
                   • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
                   • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
                   • 3-4 drops liquid Stevia(sweetner)
                   • ½ tablespoon Bragg’s liquid amino's
                   • 1 teaspoon finely ground flax seeds
                   • A dash of salt
                   • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
                   • ¼ teaspoon red pepper
                   • ½ small clove of garlic, finely grated
           b. Instructions:
                   1. Whisk together all Ingredients until mixed.
                   2. Pour into a jar with a lid and refrigerate.
                   3. Makes about a ⅓ cup.
