Steps to make Apple Cider Vinegar at home:
Step 1: Take few Apples and wash them thoroughly.
Step 2: Cut these apples into small slices and keep them in a bowl until they turn brown.
Step 3: Now pour these apple pieces in a glass jar and fill it with water so that all the apple pieces are completely drowned in water.
Step 4: Now cover the jar with a cheesecloth and leave it idle for few-time. Do not put a lid over it the mixture needs to breathe.
Step 5: Place the jar in a dark warm place and leave the solution idle for around six months, You may do this act on warm days for better results.
Step 6: Keep in mind to stir the solution once a week.
Step 7: After 6 months when the fermentation process is completed, you will find a crust on the surface.
Step 8: Now Filter the solution slowly into another jar via cheesecloth.
Step 9: Now we have the solution in a new jar, cover this jar with cheesecloth again and keep it in same warm place for another 1-2 months.
Step 10: Finally, after around 10 long months we get our final product Organic Apple Cider Vinegar.
The solution that we get now is fully fermented Organic Apple Cider Vinegar which may be stored in the refrigerator as well.

Yes, the one that we make at our home is good in quality and not chemically processed and is also made at a very lowest price as compared to a market product. ACV purchased from the market could be processed chemically and may not include the mother element of Apple Vinegar in it, and that is the best part of Apple Cider Vinegar.
